Dr Greg Kew is a registered Occupational Medicine Specialist with the Health Professions Councils of South Africa, works in private practice and is an associate member of the College of Public Health Medicine (Division of Occupational Health). 

Greg completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of Cape Town (UCT) where he graduated in 1986 (Awarded with honours, and the Final Professional examination with distinction). He continued his studies with postgraduate training in Occupational Medicine at UCT where he obtained a postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health in 1992.

Greg is an honorary Senior Lecturer, Department of Occupational Health, Faculty of Health Sciences at the UCT Medical School  and a member of the technical advisory Committee 7 of the Department of Employment and Labour, which is responsible for updating the Regulations for Hazardous Chemical Substances, Asbestos Regulations, and Lead Regulations. He is a national executive committee member of the South African Society of Occupational Medicine.
